This October, Joe Pointer and I will be taking part in the Amsterdam Marathon to raise money for SADS UK. (Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome).

The cardiac charity SADS UK aims to save lives; providing information, funding research and medical equipment to prevent premature sudden cardiac death.

In August 2019 we lost one of our best friends Felix to SADS. Felix was the most kind hearted, loving and creative individual. His love for his friends and family was like no other, there are no words to express how special he was. We are all so fortunate to have had the memories we had with him, which will be cherished forever.
