Hi, my names Juke and I run the Speed Bird Collection. A collection of items charting the history of British Airways and its predecessors. I have been doing this single handedly for over 20 years now and currently display the collection via Instagram and Facebook. I am fundraising to purchase the displayed model, a large scale Boeing 777 in the airline’s iconic Landor livery. The model is for sale online and would make a superb addition to the collection, not to mention a standout display piece. It perfectly sums up the heritage and pride many past and present staff feel to the company and is also a historic reminder of what was once the Worlds Favourite Airline. It is also the first long haul aircraft I operated on as cabin crew and in my favourite livery, so holds sentimental value too. My collection has been made possible over the years by the kind contributions made by many supporters, friends and acquaintances. Their continued loyalty and support has always been a much appreciated and cherished part of building this collection
