Want to join me in making a difference? I’m raising money running the Great North Run to benefit Blyth Wildlife Rescue Fund, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
Blyth Wildlife Rescue is a charity set up in 2006 working to rescue and rehabilitate thousands of sick and injured wild animals across Tyneside and Northumberland year after year, combining a volunteer network, casualty collection volunteers, veterinary ambulances and intensive care facilities.
Over the last year, the charity's funds have taken a sharp downfall, with a drop in donations and continued increase in running costs, forcing the charity to reduce it's operations in order to survive.
We are urgently seeking to raise funds to cover the repairs needed to our Aviary site.
