Hi, my name is Sandy Morris, and I've worked as a teaching assistant in the Special Educational Needs Unit at Denfield Park Primary School in Rushden for over 3 years.

Together, my husband Martin and we would like to raise some funds for the units sensory room, and buy new equipment for the sensory needs of all the amazing children who access the unit.

We are going to walk from John O'Groats to Lands End, starting from 9th May and it will take us about 3 months to complete the walk! We are taking the school mascot bear with us and I have called her Dennie bear. I will be keeping the children up to date on Dennie bears big adventure as we go along.
