A group of Downing employees are training to compete in the London ExCel December Hyrox competition, in either the doubles or solo races. The team are racing to raise funds for the Downing Foundation's chosen charities - Spread a Smile, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, and Tibbs Dementia Foundation.

With race day fast approaching, the team has stepped up their training, determined to give it their all and show the Hyrox community what Downing can do!
