For the past decade, it has been my mission to empower women to take back control of their bodies and find their voices. However, I've come to realize that my impact is just beginning

I grew up in Saudi Arabia and experienced firsthand the struggle to have a voice and agency over my body and life as a woman. So, I sought asylum in the U.S., a country that values freedom, to become an empowered, liberated woman. What I found was that just changing the country, while a significant help, was not enough. The struggles I endured were universal to women around the world, including here in America. I learned that true freedom and empowerment were an inside job that took me over a decade to navigate.

I had to entirely reconstruct my personal narrative in a way that defined my principles and brought a real sense of satisfaction, despite my patriarchal upbringing and the repressive messages I was conditioned to believe about myself as a woman.

Because I am now open to my strength and love as a woman, and people are regularly attracted to me seeking a similar transformation, I began professionally coaching women in Saudi and the US and have served dozens of women in this way. With my guidance they often discover similar insights and experience a significant improvement in how they feel about themselves and their lives and realized through their journeys of transformation with me that I have something special to offer and need to spread that further.

My experiences as an immigrant and now feminine embodiment coach have provided me with valuable insights and a wider perspective on the world—knowledge that I believe every woman deserves to have. This understanding can facilitate their transformation, even through the pages of a book that is certain to speak to their own journeys. I envision a book that can reach 10,000 women or more. To make this vision a reality, the better funded the book, the better.

I quit my job as a fitness trainer in November of 2023 and have been writing this book ever since. It is now in the hands of early readers and becoming the refined, impactful product its readers deserve it to be.
