Juniper (they/them) is a queer, trans, disabled community organizer and artist. Juniper is currently facing a new life-threatening, undiagnosed condition that is severely limiting their quality of life. They are unable to work due to disability, and while they do have access to health insurance through their partner's work, they are unable to cover the full costs of diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care.

Juniper needs to raise $3,000 by July 30 in order to pay for tests that are needed to pursue a diagnosis and have a better understanding of their illness and what outcomes to expect.

After Juniper receives a diagnosis, they will need continued support to cover their treatment, as well as assistance with covering necessities while their expenses are much higher. In the event of Juniper's death, any remaining funds will go to cover funeral costs and help Juniper's surviving spouse cover debts incurred during Juniper's illness.
