Voyager is looking to make a big behind the scenes change and we need your help!

Our coffee trailer is currently running at full power capacity, pushing our little ol’ generator to its limits. You might have heard her struggling to keep up in the background, witnessed occasional flickering lights, or maybe you’ve seen us rushing to out back to restart the generator because we used too much power. It’s because of these challenges we’ve been considering an upgrade. Initially, we considered a larger generator, that seems like the obvious solution. But, of course, the bigger they are.. the heavier they are. Moving our current generator in and out of the trailer is quite strenuous (if you’ve ever watched me try to lift the generator by myself, no you didn’t). On top of that, the generator is loud, it’s an eye-sore to our beautiful trailer and traditional generators emit harmful fumes, which are bad to the environment and people!

So where does that leave us? Well, Voyager Espresso is ready to make a change that is sure to benefit all. We’re ready to invest in a Joule Case - a solar powered battery for our trailer!

Joule Case provides a dependable power solution that will significantly enhance our available power (we’re talkin’ DOUBLE). It will benefit us with long-term savings by eliminating the need for continuous fuel purchases and save our backs as we will no longer have to lift our 100+ pound generator in and out each day. Saying goodbye to the generator and switching to Joule Case will benefit our community as it will allow us to serve you without noise pollution, effectively and more sustainably!

While this transition promises a number of advantages, it does come with a significant cost, and this is where we need support. We are asking for donations from our community members to help us reach out funding goal to make this change. It’s a huge ask, we know. And we wouldn’t do it if we didn’t think it was worth it.
