My name is Sadie, and I am writing to assist my friend, Jak, in raising funds for the adaptation of his vehicle.

Jak is 31 years old and was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at the age of 26. He is currently in the secondary stages of the disease and is experiencing significant mobility challenges due to the paralysis of his legs. This has made it difficult for him to visit his three children and commute to work. As a result, he is struggling to meet his financial obligations, including paying his bills and contributing to his children’s up bringing.

In light of these circumstances, Jak has needs to have his vehicle adapted. The estimated cost of the adaptations is £2700, which will include the installation of hand controls and a lift.

I/Jak would be extremely grateful if you could please help with the costs to bring back some independence.
