Hi! My name is Jake, I'm a 29 year old transman based in Northern Ireland️‍️‍. I live with my fiancé, Kayleigh, who has been supporting me on my gender journey for 8 years now, and our cat Pluto‍.

I've struggled with gender dysphoria, depression and anxiety since I was young, I just didn't know what to call it then. Recently I've connected with wonderful people and communities who have helped me understand my true self. And so, my story is really just beginning!

I'm hoping to raise funds to help me begin hormone therapy through private practice.

The current NHS waiting list can be 8+ years and, with how things are going, nothing is guaranteed.

I'm hoping through gofundme, various local fundraising events, and savings, that I can to hopefully get the care I need to live my life authentically, as me!
