Hi, my name is Linda and I'm on disability pension and have a f/t carer and support pets. Due to uncontrollable circumstances and owners neglecting rental property we are now homeless and sleeping in the car due to no urgent repairs done and property made unfit for human habitation and put on the national database system for any further information. Given an eviction notice and no assistance to find another property. Judge was understandable regarding the living conditions and mess of the property and agreed with us and told the real estate agent and owners off for negligence of their job and responsibilities as landlords. Yet to go back to court for our side to be heard.

Wanting to purchase a second hand caravan etc so I can get a roof over my head and be able to live in better conditions.

Since being in the car my medical condition and mental health issues have increased and I had a seizure in the car park at the local supermarket. Have asked for assistance and even the fact I have dropped in this situation and have a carer and support pets, I am unable to find anyone who can assist with emergency/crisis/temp housing support. Have been approved by priority housing but nothing available. Have referral number from them to give to any other companies that can help.

Have the ability to put the caravan on a property just need a caravan.

Nothing fancy just something suitable for my needs.

Sick of renting and then after a yr the owners want to sell the property, this has happened with the last 4 properties leased. I just want peace of mind that I won't have to move again for a while.

Wanting to sell my household items in storage one a caravan has been obtained so I can sort out everything needed sell what I don't to possibly purchase a vehicle that can move the caravan.

Want to move stuff into movable container so cheaper and easier to get to and sell from than Storage King sheds as costing $400 per month and not going to get anywhere paying them as well.

Due to the lack of properties available for rent and prices expected this is the best way to go regarding a place to live and the increase in caravans seen on/in residential suburbs properties only proves this greatly. No options left, have gone for rentals, filled out paperwork for government and private sectors offering housing assistance but nothing available and years on the waiting list.

Urgently need help with this please, need a decent place to live in better than a park carpark.
