Hi, my name is Louise, and I am fundraising to cover the costs of setting up an art exhibition in Truro Cathedral in support of Ukraine. Since the start of the war, I have been deeply moved by the events, prompting me to create over 200 paintings depicting Ukrainian civilians and soldiers to raise awareness of the impact the war has had on their daily lives. I regularly share these artworks on social media (Instagram: @louisevpasterfield and Facebook).

A selection of my paintings will be exhibited from the 17th to the 27th of August to coincide with Ukrainian Independence Day on the 24th of August. Prints will be available for purchase, with profits and any donations collected going to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. This organisation works with registered charities to provide medicines, food, and critical services to those in need.

Your contribution will help make this exhibition possible by funding the picture framing, exhibition stand, literature, and transport costs. In turn, the exhibition will help generate further donations to support Ukrainians most in need. Any help would be most appreciated!
