Hi, I’m Nikki and I’m fundraising for a training defibrillator. I am a qualified first aider and first aid instructor, and I currently train people in first aid in a secondary school in Lincoln. I would like to raise the funds for a training defibrillator to support my training and start rolling this out to more people at no extra cost.

For every minute that someone’s in cardiac arrest without receiving CPR and having a defibrillator used on them, their chance of survival decreases by 10% (Resus council).

We are so lucky to have access to defibrillators in many areas of the local community, but unfortunately many people lack the confidence to use one. I have links to many groups- including schools, sports groups etc, that I feel would benefit from the added training of a practice defibrillator, and this is something I would like to start rolling out at no cost to the people I would train.
