Hi my name is Bev King. I am 52 years of age and live with cerebral palsy. I am aiming to raise money to purchase my own bike to use at our local club, but more importantly use at home. Frame running allows me freedom to move independently, support muscle strength and fitness as well as weight loss and my overall mental wellbeing.
