Hello, my name is Ted most of you know me already. For those of you who dont I am a father of 4 girls between ages 11-21 I love and care for my kids always have. I have 2 dogs. I like to go to the movies and bowling with family and friends, but this is not why I am on here today. I am here because I was diagonosed with thyroid cancer in December. I had surgery to remove the thyroids and lymphnodes. I am now at high risk for the cancer returning so I was prescribed radioactive iodine therapy. In order to take the radioactive pill I need 2 shots of a medicine called thyrogen but my insurace has denied the medication 4 times. The thyrogen cost $4,700 I only asked for $5,000 because there is a cash out fee for gofund me. With life and bills and family I cannot afford the cost of the medicine. I know you all have things you have to pay as well but I am very thankful for any donation you are able to help with.
