Raise for Ray and Kelsey

It is often said that your life can change in a second or even minutes! While vacationing in the Bahamas, on July 18th, my sister Kelsey and her boyfriend Ray, experienced a horrible and traumatic accident leaving Ray in serious condition in a hospital in the Bahamas.

During a moped excursion tour, an oncoming vehicle suddenly collided with them and on impact, Kelsey was thrown off the bike, launching her 15-20ft. into the water sustaining brushing, cuts and abriasons. She was very lucky and our angel was with her but, unfortunately, Ray’s injuries are far more serious. His leg was crushed between the moped and the car which has led his thigh bone to be severely broken with many damaged ligaments in his knee. His leg is being held together with rods and screws and it was necessary that he received numerous blood transfusions.

The DiFrancesco family has been working with the hospital trying desprately to have Ray transferred to New York so he can obstain the best care. Please keep your thoughts and prayers with both of them as they journey on this long road to recovery. All proceeds will be going towards medical finances.
