Dear friends, it is with a broken heart that we write to inform you the loss of James Zaoping Li, at the age of 46, on the 7th of May 2023. James was a beloved husband of Lichuan Ye, Loving father to his son Justin Li and daughter Avery Li. James has been a joy to so many lives. We are so proud of him, especially for his hardworking spirit, his kind heart, his generosity, his love for his family, and his sense of humor. James was a real fighter -- he fought with end stage cancer for years and always stayed positive even during the most difficut times.

We all share so many great memories of James, but his two lovely children will grow up without their father. We seek your support in creating a legacy for James by helping Lichuan and her family provide the life for his children that James always dreamed of. Together we can make this happen through love, donation, and continual support to Lichuan and her children.
