It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Rais Dewigale Tshilanda Tchicaya, a beloved son, brother, uncle and nephew, and so much more to all who loved him.

Rais was loving, bright and kind. Those of you who’ve had the privilege to know him can attest to the warmth, compassion and joy he brought to the lives of others around him. We are heartbroken beyond words. It pains us deeply that such a beautiful life was cut short.

As we prepare to lay him to rest with dignity and love, we are humbly asking for those of you who are able to contribute financially toward funeral expenses. Any amount, big or small, will help us give Rais the farewell he deserves.
