This means that you now have two choices, either;
· the opportunity to take part in single performance readings of some of Shakespeare’s plays via Zoom, which will be live-streamed to our YouTube channel;
· you can tune in to the live stream on our YouTube channel and enjoy the Bardic word-play and fun with everyone else!
If taking part, you’ll be joined in each play by some Rainbow Shakespeare Company professionals and together will create a novel “light-touch” performance of four plays – double the normal season.
Rainbow Shakespeare Online's offering is:
Romeo and Juliet - Friday 17 July at 7:30pm
Much Ado About Nothing - Saturday 18 July at 7:30pm
Macbeth - Friday 24 July at 7:30pm
As You Like It - Saturday 25 July at 7:30pm
· If you’d like to be a reader, please email [email redacted] with the following details; your full name, home town and which play or plays you want to join. A member of the team will then contact you directly.
(Please see Rainbow’s Data Protection policy)
· If just viewing, on the night tune in to the live stream on our YouTube channel! We hope you’ll treat it like a normal visit to Rainbow and “bring” a picnic to your front room or garden!
This promises to be fascinating and fun experience and is something we’ve never done before, but keeps alive the spirit of Rainbow Shakespeare for another year.
The funds from this campaign will go towards Rainbow Shakespeare's 2021 season and we thank you all in advance for your continued support!
