Rainbow Crosswalk Red Deer

The City of Red Deer has approved the installation of two rainbow crosswalks at Ross (50) Street and Gaetz Avenue and Fargey’s Decorating Centre has generously sponsored the costs of paint and supplies, but funds are still needed to cover labour costs.
The crosswalks are a part of Central Alberta Pride Week August 13-20, 2017. Help us paint the City Rainbow.
Fundraising Deadline is July 31, 2017.

Painting crosswalks is a City of Red Deer Employees job, union regulations and liabilies prevent Volunteers from painting crosswalks.
In addition to the rainbow crosswalks, there are several other sponsorship opportunities available, including in-kind options.
