Their Home is Gone. Hunger is Daily. They Need Us to Survive.

Rafif and her two younger siblings used to sleep in warm beds, surrounded by toys and love. Their parents, Safaa and Saif, poured everything they had into building a life for them—brick by brick, meal by meal, moment by moment.

That life was buried under rubble when their home in Gaza was bombed—not once, but twice—until it was completely levelled. Every memory, every photo, every piece of furniture they worked years to afford is now dust. Nothing was spared.

And yet, the physical destruction wasn’t the end. The emotional toll, the hunger, the displacement—they’ve been fighting for their lives ever since.

️What Was Lost

Safaa worked full-time as a health inspector while raising three children. Saif stayed home to support their kids and care for their aging mothers. Together, they built a modest but safe life in Gaza.

They were starting to pay off their home. The kids were back in school. Things were finally settling—until the war hit.

Saif lost dozens of relatives. His sister’s home was bombed with the family inside. Then 42 extended family members were killed in a separate airstrike.

The family fled north Gaza with just the clothes on their backs. They ended up in a tiny rented room in Rafah, living among thousands of displaced families. The rent is steep. Food is scarce. The cost of diapers, medicine, and even water has skyrocketed.

There is no work, no income, and no home to return to. After another displacement from Rafah, they live in a makeshift tent in Khan Younis.

This campaign is not just about rebuilding a house. It’s about saving a family from total collapse—from hunger, homelessness, and hopelessness.
