Rebuilding Rafael Unzueta's Life After a Heartbreaking Tragedy

On February 4th, 2023, a fire known as the "Incendio Santa Gertrudis" swept through Central Chile, leaving destruction and heartbreak in its wake. Our dear friend Rafael Unzueta was one of its many victims. The fire burned down his family home, where his 103-year-old grandmother lived, as well as all of Rafa's hard-earned savings, memories, and belongings.

This tragedy has left Rafa in a state of complete shock and despair. Everything he had worked so hard for, everything he held dear, was taken from him in an instant. And now, his beloved grandmother is left without a roof over her head and in desperate need of a temporary home.
