Rafa is an amazing single dad. He is an honest, giving, and loyal friend who loves to brighten everyone’s day.
Last month Rafael was driving his 15 year old son home from cross country practice. They were involved in a tragic car accident resulting in the death of another motorist. At this time, the cause of the accident is unknown, but Rafael was not texting and he was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Rafa’s friends, family, colleagues, and church are surrounding him with love. We are asking for your financial support to help pay his legal fees, which will impose extraordinary hardship on Rafael and his family. The financial cost will be impossible for him to bear, and the stress on our friend and his family has been staggering. Without the means of retaining a private attorney, Rafael will be represented by a Public Defender.
