The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund is the Royal Air Force's leading welfare charity. It supports current and former members of the RAF, their partners and families, providing practical, emotional and financial support, whenever it is needed.

At RAF Boulmer, we are passionate about supporting the Benevolent Fund, as they do so much to help us, former members of the service and their families.

We collectively decided that 7km for 7 Days was the best way to give back to a remarkable service; by completing a physical feat to raise £400.
