My name is Erin and I am raising money for amazing friends of mine, Chelsea Appleton and Troy Poland, to help relieve the medical costs of their beautiful baby girl. Rae was born May 14, 2024, with a rare heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot, caused by four heart defects. She spent 2 weeks in the NICU at UNMC and because of complications spent another 2 weeks at the Cardiac Care Unit at Omaha Children’s Hospital. Rae is home and stable but still requires corrective heart surgery at 4-6 months of age.

Your support will cover Rae’s medical expenses including surgery, medications and recovery. As well as the time taken off work by Troy to be there for Rae.
