Rae's Story;

As you know, Rae was lucky to have a succesful liver transplant on New Year Day 2008, after a year of severe illness and trauma for the wider family. The consultants, doctors, nurses and all hospital support staff were wonderful and we would like to show our thanks to raise fund to help other patients and families, going through this and support future research.
