Hello! My name is Angie Carter & Rae Ann Williams is my aunt. Rae Ann & her family have recently learned that Rae Ann's medical conditions are terminal. Devastated cannot even begin to describe how we are all feeling. Rae Ann has such a caring heart, and there isn't anything she wouldn't do for you when asked. You can usually find Rae Ann at any birthday party or family gathering, including those for her many nieces, nephews and even great nieces & nephews. As a childcare provider for over 20 years, her love for the kids under her care is immeasurable. All of the kids & parents love Miss Rae Ann!
