Radium Park Lodge - Staff Housing Fire

Yesterday, the Radium Park Lodge, where some of Copper Point Resort's employees live, was lost to a devastating fire. We are grateful everyone is safe, however, many of our colleagues lost everything just before ending their summer-employment. Though we are all humbled by the community, Canadian Red Cross and the local business' for their quick support; we hope to raise additional funds to continue to help our friends replace food, clothes, electronics and personal belongings to support their journey ahead.

We have admired the generosity shown in similar circumstances in resort communities like ours over the past years in towns like Jasper and Lake Louise; and though this is much smaller scale it is equally as devastating to those affected. We are focused on raising $2500 for each of the 10 residents who lost everything.

These individuals have worked tirelessly all-season supporting thousands of vacations. Your donation now can support their journeys back home, off to university, travelling to new resorts or preparing for shoulder-season! On behalf of those affected thank you for your consideration!
