Hi there! Kylie and I are seeking donations for her 2025 Barrel Racing Season. Kylie is a 21 year old, that has only been competitively racing for 3 years. This is her second year qualifying for Better Barrel Races World Finals. We have been doing this horse thing on our own for several years, but it is hard to make all the dreams come true on limited funds.

That's where you come in! We are seeking donations of any size to make this young lady's dreams of someday making it to Vegas come true. The BBR World Finals are a step along the way to bigger goals.

Kylie started riding Ruby Sensation (we call her Lacy) four years ago after Lacy saved my life.

I worked through Covid as an ER RN and by January 2021, I was in a very bad, dark place mentally. I ended up being acutely suicidal. On Jan 21, 2021, I was done. I had a plan and a note. I went out to the farm where Lacy was living. Lacy was a problem horse and

her owners were thinking of selling her

or sending her to auction. I was going out there to say goodbye to our other horse, as Lacy wasn't ours yet. Then it happened. Fate sat me on my butt, literally. So there I sat, crying my eyes out. And then, then there was a horse head in my chest. It was the problem horse, Lacy. She gave me immense comfort and a reason to live. She found something worth trusting in me. Fast forward, now she is our horse and doing amazing things with Kylie as her Jockey.

Kylie and Lacy have achieved so much in such a short amount of time. They have won multiple championship buckles and titles. They have qualified for World Finals twice. 2025 was the start of their third year of racing. This horse literally changed our lives in the absolute best ways possible.
