Quest4hope – Racing for Freedom
Freedom means different things to different people. For me, it’s about movement, purpose, and connection especially through the challenges I set myself.
On 8th June 2025, I’ll be taking on a 10-mile wheelchair race in support of Pete Wicks and Dogs Trust an organisation that gives love, care, and a second chance to dogs in need. Their work speaks to the same values I believe in: compassion, resilience, and the pursuit of freedom for all beings.
Some might wonder why I choose to push myself through endurance events like this. It’s not about chasing adrenaline it’s about what I gain: the feeling of momentum, the wind on my face, the simplicity of just moving forward, and the power of purpose.
This race is more than miles. It’s a statement about breaking through limitations whether they’re physical, mental, or emotional. It’s a tribute to every journey that begins with a challenge and ends with a little more hope.
So, I’m racing for freedom for myself, for the dogs still waiting for their forever homes, and for anyone who needs a reminder that we’re all capable of more than we think.
If you’d like to support the cause, cheer us on, or donate, every bit helps.
Let’s roll forward together.
