In 2017 Sam’s life changed forever when he broke his back in a freak motorbike accident with a pigeon. And In 2021, Abbie’s life changed overnight when she became paralysed. Those moments turned our worlds upside down—but we refused to let that be the end of our story. With the support of Gym Possible and The Matt Hampson Foundation, we’ve found strength, community, and the drive to keep pushing forward. They’ve helped us not only to adapt but to thrive.
