My name is Chiquita and I am a racial justice educator.   Despite having a chronic disability, I’ve served my community for over 26 years.  Recently, I was diagnosed with a uterine disorder.  I’ve been in the hospital three times since September and had an emergency blood transfusion that saved my life.  However, I still need more surgery.  This grueling  experience has forced me  to stop working and my medical bills are piling up quickly!  I am trying to raise the full sum by December 31st.  I would deeply appreciate any amount you have to give to assist me.  Thank you for your generosity.
