Rachel's Future: Your Help is Crucial

My name is Dani and my daughter is Rachel. Rachel is an amazing little five year old who has overcome a tremendous amount in her short life. You see, Rachel has special needs and requires special education services. Fortunately, I am a special education teacher; however, I am also a single mother. Despite this, we are a strong team and done so successfully… until now.

When Rachel completes standardized testing, she scores in the .1% or less than .1% rank across the board. Despite this, Rachel’s school district does not want to provide her with adequate services for the 2025-2026 school year. In fact, her school district wanted to completely discontinue physical therapy services despite her current therapist recommending it twice a week individually. Even with my background and knowledge, I have been unable to get the school district to budge and need to hire an advocate to help me. The advocate charges a hefty amount of money.

Although I have been told I am a wonderful mother, even I have my limitations and one of those is finances. I am a single mother and a preschool teacher in a private school. Rachel’s father is not involved and does not pay child support. My parents are not in a position to help me. So, for the first time, I am asking for help from all of you.

Please help me fight our school district so my baby girl gets everything she needs in order to be the best version of herself that she can possibly be.
