Rachel's Continuing Health Issues.

Hi, my name is Helen (Visconti) Davis and I'm fund raising for Rachel Williams Busse, daughter of my dear friends, Shad and Sheila Williams.

Rachel is once again fighting a battle for her life. She was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer about a year and a half ago. Since she finished the treatment for cancer, she has been fighting multiple health issues. She has degenerative issues with her hips and back from the chemo and needs two other surgeries for other issues that she is having to postpone till her lung issues are dealt with.

She was admitted to the hospital this past Wednesday in Columbus, MS and experienced respiratory failure on Thursday, Nov. 2. She is fighting Cryptogenic Organizing pneumonia in both lungs. The doctors and staff were able to pull her out of it. She is on high flow oxygen and her oxygen stats are still low. She needs to be transferred to the UAB hospital where a team of pulmonologists could help her. She is awaiting room availability.

Sheila, her mother says, "She (Rachel) needs a lot of prayer and a lot of healing for her lungs. She is exhausted, hurting, and just generally feels overwhelmed."
