Rachel’s Coffee Fund - Stabilizing One Sip at a Time

Donation protected
Hi, My name is Rachel.

I’m crowdfunding during a personal, professional and medical life crisis. Currently living on the streets: tenting, couch-surfing, in my car & shelters.

CURRENT GOAL:
My current goal (as of Aug 27) is to raise $300 for car fees, fuel and ferry costs to get to a new location to live in a rented room.

GOAL ACHIEVED: was aiming for $350 for 2 weeks camping but someone offered me an affordable room at their place with my dog!

I also could use some food and supplies for my dogs.

HOW YOU’VE HELPED SO FAR:

  • put $30 in gas tank
  • bought me 7 coffees and a breakfast at Tim’s
  • paid $100 towards phone bill which was enough to prevent suspension
  • someone brought me a meal and treats for my dog :)

I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING!
BACK STORY
Got here after being unlawfully evicted on April 20’25. Have two dogs. Beginning process of PWD application. Currently ineligible for Income Assistance. Sustaining basic needs by accessing services such as churches, nonprofits and charities. Gifts, donations and small personal loans from friends has kept my phone activated and car on the road.
