Rachel's Second Album
Hey,
I am a singer/songwriter from St.John's, Newfoundland. I completed my-debut album in 2017 called "This Fire". The album was very well
received and helped me get two award nominations. The album and all that came after would not have been possible without the previous
funding campaign and all of you believing in me and my music.
For this album I have found my sound, and I am super excited to
share the music and songs with you all. The funding for this album will
help me:
- Record all of the songs on the album
- Artwork
- Marketing & Promotion
- Touring the album
- Musicians
I have already started the groundwork for this album and have a few
songs started. I am hoping to have the album completed by end of June
and be ready to tour with it during the summer. I will also release a
single along the way.
As a young artist (under 18) it is very difficult to find funding outlets for projects like this. I am very hopeful this will allow me to build this
album an continue moving forward. I am always so grateful and
humbled by the amount of love and support I am contiuously shown.
I am so excited about this album and to be working with the amazing
Daniel Adams. Daniel produced and co-wrote "Let Go" with me and it was very successful. The song had a tv placement in a show on Space/SYFY called "Wynonna Earp"
We are creating something beautiful and something
unexpected.
