Help Rachel Wilcher fight cancer

Donation protected
In early 2018 Rachel Wilcher was diagnosed with breast cancer. As a result she has begun chemo treatment to shrink and kill any cancer that may spread to other parts of the body. This requires multiple trips, per week, to the Phoenix area for the chemo treatment. As a result of the treatment Rachel suffers severe nausea and pain. After the chemo treatment Rachel is scheduled for a mastectomy, reconstruction surgery and radiation.

Rachel was an employee of the Yuma Police Department for many years and her husband Michael currently works there. Rachel is a mom, daughter, sister, wife and friend to many people who want to see her healed.

Although Rachel has a good support network the chemo treatments and scheduled surgery have and will continue to require funds for travel, food and lodging, Cancer is an expensive disease to treat and the medical bills will continue to stack up. Despite having insurance the co-payments add up fast and can put a strain on the healing process, adding stress to an already stressful issue. To put it bluntly, Rachel is fighting for her life and financial worries should be at the bottom of the list of things to worry about.

All money received will go straight to Rachel and Mike to help with their battle against this awful disease, to include assistance with travel, lodging, meals and medical bills.

The medical information is as follows, Rachel was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma, grade 3, triple negative breast cancer with lymph node involvement.
