I think Rachel's words from her FB post are the most accurate: 

"Tonight, while I was at work, a stranger entered the home, crept around the house, and when he reached my daughter she saw him and screamed. He put his index finger to his lips with a shhhhhh and quietly took my mother’s purse and phone which were right next to her. Retreating down the hallway, he encountered my mother who screamed bloody murder for him to leave her home and he fled out the back door!

All the fear and commotion made my mother’s heart race too fast and she couldn’t breathe. Eliza helped her to safety and she called me at work via Facebook messenger. I was able to call the police and meet them at home within the hour and helped manage the swirling maze of police officers and crime scene processors. Eliza boldly and bravely gave detailed statements while my mother kept her beautiful poise and integrity throughout it all.
But it was clear that she needed medical attention and left a short time ago in an ambulance to the hospital.

My heart is so full of love and admiration for this mother and daughter of mine for what they endured tonight, but also for how they strive support me in my journey to support them. We support each other in the darkest and the lightest of hours. We make wishes for each other even when there aren’t candles to blow out.

As a member of the" Rachel's school-mom group" - we are saddened by the invasion of her home, the upset her daughter experienced, and the health-crisis affecting her mom. We know Rachel is a hard-working mother, heart-finder, and lovely friend. Our goal is to help her through these initial days of change and turmoil, by providing funds making sure she can focus on what is important: her mom and Eliza.
