I am creating this GoFundMe page as a result of requests to help Rachel's family during this difficult time

On Saturday, July 13th, Rachel and a friend went boating on the Grand River. At 9:30 PM, a distress call was made to 911 by someone who spotted them struggling in the water. The family was informed of the incident on Sunday, July 14th. We were devastated to hear that Rachel and her friend did not survive. Unfortunately, five months previous to this Devynn lost his father as well.

As Rachel's family navigates the expenses and memorial service, I have established this account for those who wish to offer their support through a donation. Rachel leaves behind her only son Devynn. Any additional funds beyond the immediate expenses will be given to him.
