In loving memory of Racheal Quinton

Donation protected
On the 9th January 2024 my beautiful Cousin Racheal passed away suddenly at the age of just 42. Racheal has left behind two beautiful children Ellie aged 16 and Mollie aged 19 who she raised so incredibly well on her own. Racheal was soon to become a Grandmother in April to a precious baby girl who she was so excited to meet.

Nothing at all prepares you to say goodbye to a Parent, Daughter, Sister, Friend, work colleague or loved one, at any point, but for Mollie and Ellie to have to say goodbye to their Mom at such a young age is utterly heartbreaking.

Racheal’s world was her children & she was so proud of all that they achieved, in particular with their dance. Racheal always looked glamorous and her pets were everything to her, she would always be offering her animal advice and even took the schools pet home for Christmas this year. The animal loving spirit is something that she has passed to her children and Ellie is currently studying at West Midlands Safari park.

On the 27th December Racheal had a blood test and on the 29th December her GP received the results and Racheal was taken to hospital where, on the 6th January, Racheal received the devastating news that she had terminal cancer.

As you can imagine, nobody was prepared for this emotionally or financially & so as a family we would like to do all that we can to raise as much money as possible for Racheal’s Daughters & Granddaughter so that we can continue to give Ellie, Mollie & Racheal’s soon to be grandchild, everything that Racheal would of.

Any donations will also be contributed towards giving Racheal the best send off that she deserves and to help towards a rental deposit for both Mollie & Ellie so that both girls can be together.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated & will help to allow the family to grieve without this worry.

We understand that not everyone is able to donate however even a share will go a long way. If you would prefer to help in person too then please consider any care packages that will help the girls get by as well as food for their pets (rabbits, cats, gerbils) and gifts for Racheal’s soon to be Granddaughter.

Here are the words of Mollie:

It’s with a heavy heart that I write this post but sadly our beautiful mom passed away today at 15:10pm to her fight against cancer. I would like people to respect our privacy at this time as it is a very hard time for us all as a family as it happened so suddenly.

‘Mom, my heart aches and breaks even just writing this. There’s so much I want to thank you for all the love you gave me, the support, how much you cared for me. You’re the strongest woman I know. You’ve been through so much and fought through every battle and obstacle that got put in your way but this battle got the better of you. I will always love you and make sure little bean knows all about you and we will look up at the stars every night for you. You’re our world. In the words of west life “what am I doing without you” I honestly can’t describe the feelings inside of my head right now and my world will never be the same without you but im so glad I was given you as my mom, my angel forever. You mean so much to me. I can’t even begin to describe how it feels knowing I won’t be able to see your beautiful face again, laugh with you about everything and anything or even come to you for a shoulder to cry on. My world is so broken without you in it. Forever, I love you xxx’

Racheal’s immediate family thank you for honouring their request of privacy at this difficult time and whilst they cannot respond to all of your messages, your words of comfort and support mean the world to them at this extremely difficult time.

Racheal, as a family, we promise to look after your girls always & forever xxxxx
