Rachel Hulett Courtney, 32,  passed away on Thursday, February 25th, 2021 after a brief illness.

She is survived by her husband of 10 years Charles Edward Courtney III, her newborn daughter Beatrix Wren Courtney who was born 10 February. 

Rachel was the friendliest, sweetest, kind, loving person. She truly didn’t meet a soul that wasn’t her friend. Rachel would willingly do anything for anyone, even if it meant it would inconvenience her.

Rachel has touched so many lives across the world. And for those who have had the pleasure of meeting her know what kind of light she brings into your life. Rachel was an angel on Earth, and now up above.
