A Testimony of Strength, Faith, and Community Support: Rachae’s Journey & Need for Support
On May 31, 2025, our beautiful daughter’s life will forever be changed. Rachae became a victim to gun violence by her estranged child’s father. Shooting her twice in the face (chin and cheek as well as shoulder; Leaving her with a broken jaw, broken ribs, due to the impact. Even more distressing is the fact the perpetrator is still at large! Our family is asking for continued prayers for justice and for Rachae’s full recovery.
They say God is awesome and miraculous, working in ways we often can’t understand. And through every challenge, our courageous daughter Rachae has proven just how faithful, resilient, and unwavering she truly is.
Rachae is a woman of remarkable character—someone who sees the bright side even in the darkest of times. Her optimism shines like sunlight breaking through stormy clouds, and her strength in the face of adversity inspires everyone around her. No matter the setback, Rachae keeps going, never giving up, never broken.
Recently, she accomplished one of her goals: becoming a certified welder—and a truly skilled one at that. She did this while raising four beautiful children—three girls and a son who proudly watches over his little sisters, just as his big sister watches over him.
Due to recent, unfortunate circumstances, Rachae will now be surrounded by the love and support of family. Her journey ahead will require time and care—healing physically, mentally, and emotionally—not just for her, but also for her children and all of us who love her.
There will be ongoing needs, including counseling, medical care, and therapy. If you feel led to support Rachae and her family during this time, donations of any kind are deeply appreciated.
