In December of 2021, just before the holidays, Rachael was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer. The good news is it is treatable! The bad news is that as an independent consultant with marketplace insurance and no paid time off, there will be a big chunk of medical bills to deal with and loss of income. To support her, we are raising money to help cover bills and to make up for the loss of income for the recovery time she'll need post surgery and radiation.
