Rachael Heller's Field School Trip

Hi friendly humans! My name is Rachael, I'm a 23 year old student and full time worker in Santa Cruz, California. I have dreams, just like you, and I need a little help attaining one:

Early February of this year (2015) I was accepted to an Archaeological Field School in Romania under the Canadian company Archaeotek. If I'm able to raise enough money, I'll spend 7 weeks in Transylvania assisting a dig of a medieval cemetary and learning about juvenile osteology and burial practices of the time. Pretty neat, huh?!

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I'm unable to receive much financial aid. After being pushed by several friends, I started this GoFundMe page to formally ask all of you, near and far, for help.

I'm no superwoman. I'm not volunteering for the WHO, I'm not building orphanages in third world countries. I'm just a regular girl asking for a little help attaining a small piece of her dream - to become a Cultural Anthropologist and Bioarchaeologist.
