Please help Rachael, Joe, and their wonderful family as Rachael continues her healing journey.
Baby Joseph was born six weeks ago and Rachael was just diagnosed with a Glioblastoma Multiforme brain tumor. The tumor is inoperable and she will starting radiation and chemo.
Rachael and Joe have two other children, Giulianna, almost 10 years old and Antonio, 7 years old.
Rachael is going to be starting treatment immediately and their family needs support at this time. Baby Joseph has reflux and can't sleep through the night. Joe is dedicating his time to support Rachael so the children need extra care.
We are asking for your help so they can afford baby and child care services. The baby nurse and care for the children alone is about $2,400 per week. This will likely be needed for the next few months. Also, as we continue to explore best treatment options, Joe and Rae may need to travel. If anyone knows of any recruiting clinical trials around the country for Glioblastomas, please let us know!
