Hello, my name is Rachael Testa and I'm currently off work due to medical conditions. I currently have severe blockage in my arteries to my legs, which are preventing me from walking. I have an appointment with vascular surgery on the 25th and then will decide how to fix it. Just need a little help so I don't end up losing everything while I'm off work.
