Rachael Morrow - mum of 6 with brain aneurysm
Donation protected
Rachael's brain aneurysm has returned. In 2018, young mum Rachael suddenly lost her ability to move and talk and was rushed to hospital. It turned out to be a brain aneurysm and she needed extensive rehab to learn to walk and talk again.
She has been monitored with regular MRI's and in February 2024 the unthinkable happened, another aneurysm was found. She needs to have surgery again before it ruptures. After waiting nearly 11 months on a waitlist for surgery she has been given a date only a few weeks before Christmas.
Rachael has 6 kids and her elderly parents to care for. Her dad has dementia and her mum has Parkinson's disease. She also has her own hair salon to run and pay rent for while she recovers.
We are hoping to raise 12k to help pay the rent and keep it open while she recovers without the stress of losing the business she built up since the last aneurysm.
