Race Marshal Dave Taylor Injured

On Saturday evening at Skegness Raceway, race marshal Dave Taylor was injured by a spring off a racecar. This piece of debris hit Dave in the face and he has suffered a fractured skull, a small bleed on the brain, two broken eye sockets and a broken nose. Dave is currently in Lincoln hospital receiving treatment and may move to Queens Medical Centre at Nottingham for reconstructive surgery. On Sunday there was a collection amongst the BriSCA F1 drivers and crowd and we raised a staggering £3,595.96. Since then we have had people contact us asking how they can donate so it was decided a GoFundMe page was the way forward. This will be a long road to recovery and the wonderful world of the Stock Car family appreciate costs that will occur over the next few weeks for the family.
