Race Marshal Dave Taylor Injured
Donation protected
On Saturday evening at Skegness Raceway, race marshal Dave Taylor was injured by a spring off a racecar. This piece of debris hit Dave in the face and he has suffered a fractured skull, a small bleed on the brain, two broken eye sockets and a broken nose. Dave is currently in Lincoln hospital receiving treatment and may move to Queens Medical Centre at Nottingham for reconstructive surgery. On Sunday there was a collection amongst the BriSCA F1 drivers and crowd and we raised a staggering £3,595.96. Since then we have had people contact us asking how they can donate so it was decided a GoFundMe page was the way forward. This will be a long road to recovery and the wonderful world of the Stock Car family appreciate costs that will occur over the next few weeks for the family. Let's help Dave and his family further and hopefully raise a little more to assist with expenses.
