Hi,
Together for Children ASBL since 2012, supports projects in Mexico that enable new opportunities and education for children suffering from lack of schooling, poverty, and abandonment. This includes programs to empower mothers in distress by providing them with education, psychological and financial support that facilitates them new beginnings.
To celebrate 12 years of hard labor and changing life stories, Lluvia Escalona, the funder of this association, her team and collaborators will be running 5,5 km next 6th of October to raise funds for the next 2 year program. You can support them by helping us raise 5500 euros before this date.
These funds will be used to support ongoing programs like:
- NUTRI-MEX AT SCHOOL: Enable unfavored children’s free access to a daily breakfast and lunch at the school’s canteen.
- THE 3R PROGRAM FOR MUMS: Enable unfavored women’s free access to monthly workshops and individual therapy.
Start new ones:
- FINOMEX: Enable women to develop their entrepreneurial projects and become financially self-sustainable.
- INDIGENOUS WOMEN: Enable psychological healing of indigenous women while investing on their education for future access to microcredits and making efforts to preserve their cultural heritage.
