Help Jennifer Fight Cancer

My mother, Jennifer, is going through cancer recurrence, divorce, she’s immunocompromised (can’t have visitors due to a low immunity health risk), and lives far from all family members that could emotionally support her.

 

She can’t do this alone and urgently needs our help.

 

Back in January of 2020, My mom, Jennifer, was diagnosed with a rare cancer right before COVID hit. She received the initial surgery, the recovery went well, and everyone thought that she overcame and defeated it. A little over a year later, in July 2021, the test results showed the cancer came back and has spread.

 

What she needs:

 

 

16 rounds of chemotherapy

2-3 more surgeries

Alternative and nutritional treatments concurrent to the chemotherapy. (Also continuing them after chemotherapy)

Help with transportation to and from appointments

Support for the loss of income due to the divorce

Assistance with care for her ESA’s

Additional financial aid during recovery

 

 

 

Helping her would mean a lot to me, more than I can describe in words.

Other than the fact that she's obviously my mother, she is one of my best and dear friends.

She has always taught me to be compassionate and care about others no matter what.

 

I have seen her living in the ghetto low on money, and even though she was going through such a tough time, I witnessed her kindness firsthand when she brought a homeless person to a restaurant to treat them to lunch. I have even seen her let strangers live with her when they were low on luck.

She has helped countless individuals down on their luck, even when she could barely scrape by.

I have seen her do so much to help others.

So, so much.

She fully deserves our compassion and support during this time of her life.

 

I wouldn't be the caring and compassionate person I am today without her. She’s the reason I am who I am today, and I want to help her fight this with all of my heart.

 

She had me when she was just 20. She’s got so much more to give this world and all of us.
